"Pretty good, but I felt a little awkward"
They’ve got a decent mix of feeders and reptile supplies, which was nice. I did feel a little embarrassed wandering around and having to ask about a few things they ended up not having, though. Some of the items I was looking for just weren’t there. It’s not a bad shop at all, just feels a bit limited in certain areas sometimes...

"My gecko loved them, but they disappeared fast"
My gecko was super excited about these and ate them right away, so they were definitely a hit. The only downside is they went a lot faster than I expected, which makes me wish there had been a bit more in the pack. Still, I’m happy my gecko enjoyed them so much and I’d probably buy them again...

"Arrived okay, but the packing needs work"
The box showed up crushed, which was frustrating. Luckily, the stuff inside was mostly fine and nothing major seemed damaged, but it definitely could’ve been packed better. What annoys me is how there always seems to be some policy loophole where as long as it technically arrives in one piece, nobody really takes responsibility for the rough shipping. It got here, so I guess that’s something, but I’d expect better protection.

"Ordering Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
I ordered live bugs from the site, i assumed it would be a quick and simple process, but it wasn’t quite that smooth. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I changed the quantities in my cart, it seemed like something would act up. Checkout did eventually work, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the shipping details weren’t very clear, and I found myself double-checking everything because I didn’t want to assume it was all correct. For what should’ve been an easy order, it felt more frustrating than it needed to be. I’d probably pause before ordering again.

"Fresh feeders and easy order"
I ordered crickets and mealworms from Fluker Farms and overall had a good experience. They arrived looking fresh, and most of them were alive and moving around, which is exactly what I needed for my lizard. There were a few dead crickets in the box, so I’m knocking off a star for that, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Bugs Were Okay, Packaging Was a Bit Worrying"
The bugs arrived alive and seemed fine, which was a relief because I’m always a little cautious about ordering live insects through the mail. The only thing that made me nervous was the packaging, it was smooshed when it got here. Everything turned out okay this time, but I’d feel better if the box was sturdier

I ordered feeders from Fluker Farms the care instructions were super clear... which I really appreciated since I’m still new to keeping them alive. I didn’t have to do much guessing at all. The steps were simple, easy to follow, and everything showed up in good condition. I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty solid order overall"
I ordered some crickets and mealworms from Fluker Farms for my bearded dragon, and it went well. Shipping was quick enough, and the box didn’t look all beat up or anything when it showed up. Most of the bugs were alive, which isn’t nothing when you’re ordering feeders online. There were a few dead crickets in there, but it wasn’t no huge problem. I’d probably give it 4 stars since the survival rate was good, just not perfect. Still better than a few other places I’ve tried.

I usually have a easy time finding the sizes I need for my geckos here. After I order, I like that the receipt and email confirmation come through right away, so I can double-check everything before it ships.

"Arrived fine, tracking lagged a bit"
My order showed up totally fine, so no complaints there. The tracking was a little slow to update, which had me checking it a few times while I was drinking my morning coffee, but everything arrived in good shape in the end.

"Really Happy With My Order"
I ordered from Fluker Farms and was pleasantly surprised by how fast the shipping was. The box arrived in great shape, and everything inside was totally fine. The only reason I’m giving it one less star is because the tracking didn’t update much, which was a little frustrating. But overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would order again

"Pretty solid for bulk crickets"
I’ve ordered bulk crickets from Fluker Farms a few times now, and overall I feel good about them. Most of my orders have shown up around when they were supposed to, and while there are usually a few dead crickets in the box, that just kind of comes with ordering live feeders. The counts still seem fair enough, and the packaging has been decent. One shipment did come a day late and just looked a little rough, which I didn’t love, but it wasn’t enough to stop me from ordering again. I’ll probably keep using them for bulk orders.

"Decent value, but not a bargain"
It’s okay for the price, honestly. You get what you need and it doesn’t feel like a total rip-off, but when you break it down, it seems like it could be a bit cheaper. Not bad, just not exactly a great deal either

"Good Service Once I Had to Reach Out"
I wasn’t totally sure my order with Fluker Farms had gone through correctly, so I ended up having to contact them myself, which was a little annoying. To their credit, customer service got back to me quickly and explained what was going on. They were polite and fixed the issue without turning it into a whole situation, so that was nice. I’m taking off one star because, you know, it would’ve been great if I didn’t have to ask first, but overall it was a decent experience.

"Easy Refund and Fast Replacement"
I had an issue with my order, but the refund process was simple and the replacement showed up quickly. it’s just nice when a company does the decent thing and makes things right without making you jump through hoops.

"Frustrating delays"
